Refund policy

Returns are only accepted for items that are defective. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Requests for refund due to damage in transit need to make contact within 24hrs of receipt with photographs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
